Clearpane, Inc. ("AI PM Studio," "we," "our," or "us") operates AI PM Studio — an AI-powered productivity platform for product managers — available at aipmstudio.com (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
When you register, we collect your name, email address, and any other information you provide during account creation or onboarding.
The Service is designed to accept and analyze product management artifacts you submit — including feature descriptions, product requirements documents (PRDs), screenshots, product concepts, problem statements, and related materials. This content is referred to in this policy as "User Content."
User Content belongs to you. We process it only to operate the Service and generate outputs on your behalf. We do not sell, license, or use User Content for any purpose unrelated to delivering the Service to you.
We do not use User Content to train AI models.

User Content (submitted PRDs, product descriptions, screenshots, and similar inputs) is retained to generate and serve your reports. Upon account deletion or request, User Content will be deleted within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Generated reports are retained in your account history for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual reports at any time.
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls and authentication enforcement, and hosting on infrastructure that maintains industry-standard security certifications.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you promptly in the event of a breach affecting your data, as required by applicable law.

AI PM Studio uses large language models (LLMs) to generate analysis and product artifacts based on your submitted content. When you submit a PRD, product concept, screenshots, or other input, that content is transmitted through Lovable's AI gateway to an underlying AI model (currently Google Gemini) to produce the requested output.
We encourage you not to submit highly sensitive personal data, trade secrets, or information subject to confidentiality obligations you cannot share with third-party AI providers. Outputs generated by the Service are for informational and productivity purposes and should be reviewed before use in material decisions.
The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice in the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
